Products & Authenticity

Are all of your products authentic?

Yes. Authenticity is the foundation of our business. Every item we sell is:

  • 100% authentic
  • Verified in-house
  • Never fake, never variant, never replica

If you believe there is an issue with authenticity, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If an item is proven inauthentic, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Are your items new or used?

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items are brand new, unworn, and come with the original box and any included accessories.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment options offered at checkout. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

For security reasons, shipping details cannot be modified once an order is placed. Please double-check your address and apartment number before completing checkout.

My order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What can I do?

If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office/UPS/FedEx facility. We are unable to refund or replace packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items:

  • Orders placed before 4 PM EST ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Transit time depends on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within a few business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the fastest and most reliable option for your area. Signature is required on orders valued at $500+ for your protection.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, SneakerProvider ships within the United States only.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you reserve hyped or upcoming releases before they are available for general shipment. Your pair and size are locked in under your name once you complete checkout.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each pre-order product page shows an estimated shipping window based on brand release dates and supplier timelines. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

Delays can occasionally occur due to brand or shipping changes. If there is a significant delay, we will email you with an update.

Are pre-orders guaranteed?

Yes. Pre-orders with us are 100% guaranteed or your money back. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Because inventory is reserved specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled. Please make sure your size and information are correct before placing a pre-order.

Can I order in-stock items and pre-orders together?

Yes, but items may ship separately. In-stock items will ship according to our normal shipping schedule, and pre-orders will ship within their estimated shipping window.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Items must be:

  • Brand new
  • Never worn or tried on outdoors
  • Uncreased
  • In the original box
  • With all accessories included

If the returned item does not match the condition shipped, it will be returned to the sender.

Which items are not eligible for return?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or tried-on shoes
  • Creased toe boxes
  • Damaged boxes or missing accessories
  • Items with signs of wear, odors, or dirt
  • Pre-orders
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • In-store purchases
  • International orders

Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes. SneakerProvider covers 100% of return shipping costs on approved returns. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

How are refunds issued?

Approved returns may be refunded to:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit

Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges for the same item in another size when available. If the size you need is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit in line with our return policy.

Cancellations

Can I cancel an in-stock order?

You may request to cancel an in-stock order until a shipping label has been created. Once the label is created or the order is processed for shipment, the order cannot be canceled.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be canceled for any reason, as inventory is reserved specifically for your order.

In-Store & General Questions

Do your online policies apply in-store?

Online and in-store policies may differ. Unless stated otherwise, in-store purchases are final sale. For questions about an in-store purchase, please contact us with your receipt or order details.
