At SneakerProvider, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable fulfillment and a fair return policy that protects both our customers and our inventory.

Shipping

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All in-stock orders placed before 4 PM EST ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Pre-orders are excluded from same-day shipping.
  • Pre-orders ship according to the release date and details listed on the product page.
  • Tracking information is sent automatically once your order is on the way.

Shipping Details

  • We ship nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the fastest option for your area.
  • Signature is required on orders valued at $500+ for your protection.
  • Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory distribution.

Before You Order

Please double-check your shipping address and apartment number before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify shipping details.

We are unable to refund or replace packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is the foundation of our business.

Every item we sell is:

  • Verified in-house
  • Never fake, never variant, never replica

If you believe there is an issue with authenticity, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. If an item is proven inauthentic, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase while also protecting the integrity of our inventory and customers.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligible Items

Items must be:

  • Brand new
  • Never worn
  • Never tried on outdoors
  • Uncreased
  • In original box
  • With all accessories included

Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or tried-on shoes
  • Creased toe boxes
  • Damaged boxes
  • Missing accessories
  • Signs of wear, odors, or dirt
  • Pre-orders
  • Final sale items
  • Promotional items
  • In-store purchases
  • International orders

If the returned item does not match the condition shipped, it will be returned to the sender.

Refund Options

Approved returns may be refunded to:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit

Refund processing times: 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in another size when available. If the size you need is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Free Return Shipping

SneakerProvider covers 100% of return shipping costs on approved returns. A prepaid return label will be provided once your request is approved.

Cancellations

In-Stock Items

You may cancel an order until a shipping label has been created. Once the label is created or the order is processed for shipment, the order cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled for any reason, as inventory is reserved specifically for your order.
