Pre-orders with us are 100% guaranteed or your money back

Lock in limited releases before they sell out. Every pre-order is reserved under your name, authenticated in-house, and shipped within the posted time window on each product page.

How Our Pre-Orders Work

  1. Select your pair: Pick your item from our Pre-Order Collection and complete checkout.
  2. We lock in your size: Inventory is secured through our trusted retail and wholesale partners.
  3. Authentication: Each pair is verified 100% authentic and inspected for quality in-house.
  4. Estimated ship window: The timeframe listed on the product page is when we expect your pair to ship.
  5. Tracking: Once shipped, tracking is sent straight to your email.

Key Pre-Order Terms

100% Authentic Only: We do not deal with fakes or unauthorized pairs.

Guaranteed or Refunded: If we can’t fulfill your pre-order, you get a full refund.

Reserved for You: Once you check out, your size is held under your order.

Posted Ship Window: Each item shows the estimated time your pair should ship.

Secure Checkout: Encrypted payments through trusted processors only.

Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

Because each pre-order is placed specifically for you, pre-order sales are generally final once confirmed.

  • Customer cancellations: Not guaranteed once the order is placed. Reach out ASAP with your order number if you need help.
  • Our inability to fulfill: If we’re unable to secure your pair, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Size changes: We can’t promise size changes after checkout, but we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund timing: Bank or card providers may take a few business days to post a refund.

Shipping Windows & Possible Delays

All pre-order product pages show an estimated shipping window. This is based on brand release dates and our supplier timelines.

  • Estimates only: Brands and shipments can sometimes be pushed back.
  • Delays: If there is a major delay, we’ll email you with updated information.
  • Split shipments: In-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
